Q:How can I host a bingo game with your platform?
First you need to create an account using an email or Facebook. Then you create a bingo project with the amount of bingo cards you need. If you want to use printed cards, click “Cards” in the row of your project and print them. Once you are ready to start playing, activate the bingo caller by clicking “Play”. The settings are set by default for virtual cards. Set a game name and a password so players can join your virtual game. If you are using printed cards, select the option “Set all to print”. Select the winning patterns for the first game and activate the caller.
Q:How players can join a game and get a virtual card?
Players can join your virtual game at BingoMaker.com, and click “Join a game”. They search your game name on the Game List Page: Game List Page
They click “Join”, enter your password, and receive their virtual cards. Players can have only one card per web browser. There is no login process for players to get their cards. You can select the new winning patterns when you restart the game. The players cards will be reset, and they keep playing with the same virtual cards.
Q:Can I try first to see if it works for me?
Yes. When you sign up, you’ll receive 2 credits. This allows you to create a bingo project of 25 cards and try all the different features of the bingo caller. You will be able to play as many games as you want for two hours and modify the patterns by clicking “Restart the game”.
Q:What free services do you offer?
The Free Virtual Game is a daily free game you can play with 25 virtual players. It’s available every 23 hours when you create an account: Free Virtual Game
The Free Bingo Caller is a free version of our virtual bingo caller. The main difference with the official caller is that it’s not linked to the virtual cards, and doesn’t validate the winners. You can use it to make random draws. You can use it as a bingo flashboard and display your draws to players on Tv/projector screens: Free bingo Caller
The Free Virtual Card is a stand alone clickable card. You can use it if you don’t have any printed cards, and validate the squares manually when there is a winner: Free Virtual Card
Q:How long can the caller be active?
When you activate the bingo caller for a bingo project, the caller will be active by default for 2 hours. You can select more hours at the bottom of the Game Settings page before you activate the caller. The cost is 1 credit per hour for up to 48 hours.
Q:What is the difference between printed and virtual cards?
Virtual cards can be played on any web browser. Players can have one card per web browser, and they join your game using your game password or an access code. The caller will automatically validate the winners.
Printed cards are real cards printed on paper, they are not virtually linked with the caller. The winning cards will still appear in the winners list, but since the caller can’t confirm the valid squares, you’ll need confirm them with the manually.
You can use virtual and printed cards in the same game. Select how many virtual cards you want in the game settings, the other will be set as printed.
Q:How much does it cost to host a bingo event?
Once you activate the bingo caller, you can play as many games as you want and select different patterns every time you restart a new game. To learn more about our costs: Credit System and Services

Q:Can players have multiple virtual bingo cards?
No, our platform prevents having multiple cards on the same web browser session. Our system is set up in order to avoid people losing their cards when they close their window or the web browser. If you want to play many cards, you could use an incognito windows on Google Chrome. On iPhone, you could have one card with Safari and another one with Chrome.
Q:How many games can I play?
One the bingo caller of a project is activated, you can play as many games as you want during by clicking “Restart the game”. You can modify the winning patterns every time you restart the game. Players can have only one card per web browser. When you restart the game, the players cards will be reset, and they keep playing with the same cards.
Q:Do players need to create a user account to join a virtual game?
Players don’t need a user account to join a virtual game. They can join your game using the public password or with a code from the codes list.
Q:How do I create my cards and get ready to host my game?
First, go on the main page of your account and click on “New Bingo Project” (top right corner). At “Number of cards” select the number of cards you need, select the other settings as needed. Once you are done click at the bottom “Create the cards”. Your bingo project will be available on the main page of your account.
Q:How do i get started so players can get their virtual cards?
You need to create a bingo project first. When you are ready to activate the bingo caller, go in the row of your project and click “Play”. Enter a game name and a password for the players to join your game. Choose the winning patterns to get a bingo. Once you are ready to start, click “Activate the caller”.
Q:Can the app create similar cards?
The application checks if similar cards exist in the same project. With each new card created, the program compares the new one with the others already created and thus makes sure there is no duplication. It is however possible to have similar cards in different projects.
Q:How does the virtual bingo caller work?
The virtual bingo caller makes random draws and plays all the cards of a project at the same time as the players during the game. Thus, the organizer automatically knows if a card is winning because it is indicated on its screen in the “Winning cards” section. If a card has not been distributed or if the player did not follow the game correctly, the card will still be winning in the organizer interface but nobody in real life claims the bingo.
